The simplest of our meads is the Sweet Mead.
Made from fermented honey, Sweet Mead makes an interesting replacement to simple syrup in cocktails and is a great mixer on a hot summers day with crushed ice and mineral water.
Sweet Mead is also delicious served over ice cream and summer berries.
To warm Mead you can use any heating method you can think of (saucepan, microwave, bain marie etc.) the trick is to only warm (not simmer or boil). Ideal temperature is between 40 - 50 degrees Centigrade.
