For this wine we leave the grapes on the vine to get a good blast of late summer heat which produces masses of sweet fruit. Produced for the first time in 2009, this sweet red enjoys enormous patronage, and has become one our most successful products.
This richly flavoured wine has a faint lift of blackcurrant like fragrance followed by a soft easy drinking juicy Cabernet character that washes over the palate. A terrific quaffing sweet Cabernet Sauvignon, an absolute summer delight served chilled.
