We do not give refunds for change of mind or mistakes in ordering through the website.
Can I checkout as a Guest?
Yes, Guest Checkout is available, however we still need to collect all of the information we would need to create an account except for a password, this information is stored as an 'Order' Sheet but no account is created in connection to your order.
How to register an Account?
Click on “Register” and follow the guidelines. You will need to input your name, email address, contact telephone number, address, and password.
Your details are kept on a secure server and will never be given out to any third parties.
You can change your details at any time by logging on to our website and going to the "My Account" section.
If you forget your password, go to the "My Account" area on the website and you will see a button for “Forgotten Password”. Click on it and follow the instructions.
Promotions
10% discount is applicable to full bottle price for purchases of 1 case (12 bottles) or more.
15% discount is available to Newsletter subscribers on their first order (code is required and will be sent 1 day after subscription to the newsletter)
Newsletter Specials change once every month or 2 and can be specials on specific wines/forts/meads or mixed products.
