Our blended fortified which is aged in oak barrels for lengthy periods produces a wine with smooth fruity grape and subtle oak flavours.
This fortified wine has good berry fruit characters on the nose with subtle oak flavours on the palate. We follow family traditions of skilful blending of aged fortified from different oak types, and fruit varieties.
