For regional and remote areas, Aramex may engage trusted third-party delivery agents to complete delivery.
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Delivery options available at checkout:
Authority to Leave (ATL): Parcel may be left unattended. Responsibility transfers to the customer once delivery is confirmed.
Signature Required: Parcel is released only to an adult aged 18+. ID may be requested.
Click & Collect: Your parcel will be delivered to a third-party business (ie: Newsagency), on arrival the receiver will be notified by the business and can then pick it up at their convenience.
If no one is available for a signature-required delivery, a card will be left with redelivery or collection instructions.
Risk and title pass to the customer once the parcel is delivered or collected, including when ATL is selected or when a third-party agent completes delivery.
Tracking is provided for all orders; tracking detail may vary or be unavailable when third-party agents are involved.
